In-House Offset Printing, Color Consistency, and Inspection
SunTop Printing uses Heidelberg CTP for plate output. Its large-format sheet-fed offset presses include Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 162 / XL 145 and Manroland ROLAND 900 Evolution models. The pressroom includes four-color, six-color, and eight-color offset press configurations.
SunTop Printing uses G7 Master color management and the ISO 12647 printing standard for accurate CMYK color reproduction and batch color consistency. Specified spot colors are matched to approved references, including Pantone spot colors when required.
During printing, inline spectral systems measure CIELAB (L*a*b*) values against approved color targets. The batch color tolerance is Delta-E ≤ 1.0, and 100% inline inspection checks every printed sheet for printing defects.
Before shipment, every order undergoes 100% final inspection. Final inspection verifies printed color and any specified finishing, binding, forming, and packing requirements for the order.
