SunTop Printing legal information covers website use, submitted artwork, submitted print files, print-ready artwork, dielines, approved proofs, approved production files, printing and packaging order records, privacy information, compliance notice, and replacement or reprint review.

Confirmed quotations, invoices, purchase orders, approved proofs, approved production files, dielines, written instructions, and written confirmations form the order basis for SunTop Printing orders in printing and packaging. Production starts after required approval and payment terms are confirmed.

Customer-supplied artwork, text, logos, trademarks, print files, dielines, color references, material specifications, finishing instructions, and approvals must be accurate, clear, cleared for use, and suitable for production. Customer errors or omissions in submitted artwork, print files, dielines, text, specifications, color references, or approved proofs do not create automatic replacement, reprint, refund, or return shipping obligations when finished printed goods match the approved proof or approved production file.

Approved proofs and approved production files serve as production references. Final printed color, material appearance, finishing, binding, die-cutting, label converting, folding-gluing, rewinding, and packing are reviewed within commercially reasonable printing and packaging tolerances, including normal behavior of paper, board, film, adhesive, ink, finishing, binding, converting, and packing.

SunTop Printing may use submitted contact details, artwork, print files, approved proof records, order records, delivery information, and payment records to review inquiries, prepare quotations, check artwork, files, and proofs, coordinate printing and packaging production, arrange delivery, verify payment, keep order records, and handle legal, privacy, replacement, or reprint requests.

SunTop Printing may decline, suspend, or cancel submissions or orders involving copyright or trademark risk, unauthorized artwork use, prohibited or restricted printed content, payment risk, shipment or customs risk, or legal or regulatory concern connected with printing and packaging production.

Requests for replacement, reprint, refund, or return shipping may be submitted within 180 days of delivery for review. SunTop Printing reviews each request against the confirmed order record, approved proof, approved production file, print and packaging specifications, delivery condition, photos, videos, quantity details, carton markings, retained samples, returned goods, and relevant records.
