Request a Quote – Submit size, quantity, and finish to receive your custom quote.

Send Artwork – Provide high-res AI or PDF files with bleed.

Confirm & Deposit – Approve the quote and pay a 50% deposit.

Approve Proof – Review and confirm your digital proof.

Production – We print using ISO-certified, G7-standard presses.

Delivery – Pay the balance and receive tracked DDP shipping.

Guaranteed defect rate < 0.01%

Batches exceeding this threshold are remade free of charge.

Includes G7/Pantone matching with free digital proof.

Hard-copy sample available for USD 200 upon request.

Air express: 3–5 days door-to-door

Full insurance coverage and customs documents provided.

Return & Replacement Policy
At SunTop, every order is backed by our 180-day unconditional return and replacement policy. For any reason—whether due to quality concerns, shipping damage, or simply a change of mind—you may request a return or replacement within 180 days of delivery. We will arrange a free reprint or a full replacement at no additional cost, including shipping.
