This page sets out SunTop Printing’s general terms, privacy, compliance, and return and replacement policy.
Terms & Conditions
Project specifications, pricing, lead time, delivery terms, approved proofs, and other order-specific commercial conditions are governed by the confirmed quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, order confirmation, approved production files, and other written order records, where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate project information, including size, quantity, materials, finishing requirements, delivery details, and production files in the agreed format.
Where customer-supplied files, specifications, instructions, or approvals contain errors, omissions, or inconsistencies, SunTop Printing is not responsible for resulting issues that match the submitted or approved version.
Production proceeds only after the relevant order terms are confirmed and the required approval or confirmation has been received.
Any artwork, layout, text, dimensions, color references, finishing instructions, or other production details approved by the customer are treated as the authorized basis for execution.
Any change requested after approval may affect cost, lead time, production scheduling, or delivery arrangements and must be confirmed separately in writing.
Production is carried out according to the confirmed order record and approved project specifications.
Shipping method, delivery terms, document handling, and balance-payment arrangements are governed by the confirmed order terms.
Delivery timing is subject to production complexity, freight route, customs handling, destination requirements, and carrier operations.
Production is managed through controlled printing and finishing workflows intended to support commercial manufacturing consistency.
Color control, material selection, proof review, and finishing alignment are handled according to the approved project specifications, commercially reasonable tolerances, and the physical characteristics of the selected materials and processes.
Minor variation within approved specification, normal production tolerance, or ordinary material and process behavior does not by itself constitute a valid basis for replacement or reprint.
Customers must own or hold the necessary rights for all submitted artwork, trademarks, text, images, and other materials.
SunTop Printing reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any project involving suspected infringement, unauthorized use, or other intellectual property risk.
SunTop Printing reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any inquiry, order, artwork, or project that does not comply with applicable law, export-control requirements, sanctions restrictions, payment or platform compliance rules, or other mandatory regulatory obligations.
This includes, without limitation, projects involving prohibited, restricted, or high-risk content, end uses, end users, destinations, or counterparties, as well as projects that present material customs, carrier, payment, safety, or production-execution risk.
Where necessary, SunTop Printing may request additional customer, end-use, destination, or compliance information before accepting or continuing an order.
SunTop Printing is not liable for delay, interruption, or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruption, customs delay, labor interruption, utility failure, government action, carrier disruption, epidemic-related restrictions, or other force majeure events.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, disputes relating to orders are governed by applicable law in China.

180-Day Unconditional Return and Replacement Policy
SunTop accepts return and replacement requests submitted within 180 days of delivery on an unconditional basis.
Requests may be submitted for quality concerns, documented transit damage, material non-conformity, order dissatisfaction, or other post-delivery concerns.
All requests are reviewed against the order record, approved proof, production specifications, delivery condition, and supporting evidence to determine the appropriate remedy.
This policy does not require automatic replacement, reprint, or return shipping where the delivered goods match the approved proof or approved production version, where the issue arises from newly requested changes after approval, or where the matter relates solely to carrier delay, customs timing, or other logistics factors that do not affect the physical conformity of the delivered goods.
Minor variation within commercially reasonable manufacturing tolerance or within the approved production specification does not by itself require replacement or reprint.
Requests should be submitted to eric@suntopprint.com with a description of the issue and any supporting photos, videos, quantity details, carton markings, or other relevant records where available.
Where appropriate under this policy, the remedy may include return acceptance, replacement, reprint, repair, credit, shipping handling, or another commercially reasonable resolution.
