SunTop is a premier China printing company, committed to providing a user-friendly online platform for Clients to conveniently order and manage their printing and packaging needs. These Terms govern your use of this platform and our services.

To achieve exceptional print quality, all artwork files submitted for printing must adhere to SunTop's clearly defined file requirements. These requirements encompass details such as color mode, resolution, and other technical specifications.  SunTop's website provides easy access to these requirements to ensure your artwork files are prepared for optimal printing results.  We are not liable for any printing inconsistencies arising from artwork that fails to meet these established requirements.

Printing jobs will only commence upon receipt of a confirmed 50% deposit of the total order value. This ensures a clear and transparent payment process. Any delays in payment may result in corresponding postponements in order processing and delivery timelines. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Once a Client has provided written approval for the artwork and specifications of a print job, changes to the artwork files, job specifications, or delivery schedules are strictly prohibited. This ensures accuracy and avoids potential delays or errors.

SunTop prioritizes meeting all estimated shipping schedules and delivery dates.  We understand the importance of timely fulfillment. However, unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment malfunctions, technical difficulties, or delays with shipping carriers, may occasionally impact printing and delivery timelines.  We are committed to open communication and will promptly inform you of any unexpected delays.

You are expressly prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the suntopprint.com website, its design, content, or functionality, without SunTop's prior written authorization. We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from our Clients.

These Terms and any agreements related to SunTop's services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.
