Custom Labels and Stickers

SunTop Printing manufactures custom printed labels and custom stickers for commercial orders, including product labels, packaging labels, roll labels, sheet labels, bottle and jar labels, and cosmetic and supplement labels. SunTop Printing also manufactures bulk custom stickers, including sticker sheets, die-cut stickers, and kiss-cut stickers.

Orders can use paper and FSC-certified paper, BOPP, PET, vinyl, clear, white and metallic films, and water-resistant label materials, with permanent or removable adhesives. Labels can be manufactured for different container surfaces and curves, as well as applications involving water, oil, low temperatures, abrasion, outdoor conditions, and manual or machine application.

Commercial Label Printing

Across the full commercial order, printed color, label dimensions, and artwork-to-die position remain aligned with the approved physical reference and order requirements. SunTop Printing has completed million-piece commercial label orders. Before production, SunTop Printing makes a physical sample or test roll using the actual production materials and the order’s color, material, size, die-cut, and applicable roll conditions. Once approved, it becomes the manufacturing reference for the commercial batch.

For commercial production, printed CMYK colors and specified Pantone spot colors are measured in CIELAB values, with a batch Delta-E requirement of ≤1.0. SunTop Printing uses G7 Master color management for commercial color control. Artwork-to-die registration is maintained within ±0.15 mm and label size within ±0.20 mm.

On BOPP, PET, vinyl, and other film labels, the required printed color and ink adhesion are maintained through the commercial quantity. Where clear, white, or metallic film uses an opaque white underprint, white ink opacity is ≥90%, with white coverage, printed color, and ink adhesion maintained throughout the commercial batch.

Die-cut outline tolerance for stickers is ±0.20 mm, while multi-up sticker sheets maintain the required artwork, sticker spacing, cut positions, and overall sheet layout across the commercial quantity. Applicable sheet-fed sticker and sheet-label orders follow ISO 12647-2.

For roll-fed labels, the finished roll unwinds normally, feeds continuously, and releases correctly from the liner. To support that finished-roll result, applicable commercial roll orders use 100% web inspection during rewinding for print continuity, label presence, print-to-die alignment, and web continuity.
Where labeling-line validation is required, at least 1,000 labels produced under the same manufacturing conditions as the commercial batch are run continuously on the customer’s actual labeling equipment, with normal unwinding, continuous feeding, and application maintained throughout the run.

On curved bottles and jars, labels remain properly adhered and smooth, with the edges and curved areas remaining in contact with the container surface. For applicable permanent-adhesive labels, the internal 180° peel target is ≥10 N/25 mm after 24 hours on the specified container material under the applicable test conditions.
For low-temperature applications, adhesion, label edges, and the printed result continue to meet the order requirements after −20°C for 24 hours. Water-resistant and oil-resistant labels maintain the required adhesion, surface condition, printed graphics, and ink adhesion after their respective 24-hour exposure conditions. Scratch-resistant laminated labels retain the required printed and laminated-surface result after 100 cycles under a 4 lb load on a Sutherland® 2000™ Rub Tester. Labels for other outdoor conditions or special adhesive requirements continue to meet the required surface, print, ink-adhesion, and application result under the corresponding use conditions.

Label Printing and Finishing

SunTop Printing completes commercial label printing and the corresponding die-cutting, matrix waste stripping, slitting, and rewinding in-house. Orders can use flexographic printing, digital printing, sheet-fed offset printing, or rotary screen printing.

For roll-fed flexographic labels, the BOBST MASTER M5 370/430 provides white ink printing, online registration, servo web-tension control, and high-speed servo die-cutting. Applicable sheet-fed sticker orders use Heidelberg Speedmaster presses.

Machine-applied roll labels are supplied in the roll configuration required by the labeling line, including core size, finished roll diameter, unwind direction, orientation, label gap, labels per roll, and final roll format, within the maximum roll diameter allowed by the labeling equipment.

For kiss-cut stickers, the label layer is cut while the release liner remains intact. Clear, white, and metallic films can use an opaque white underprint.

SunTop Printing also manufactures commercial labels and stickers with gloss or matte varnish, or gloss, matte, or scratch-resistant lamination.

Custom Label Manufacturer

SunTop Printing is a custom label manufacturer in China for commercial label and custom sticker orders. When one commercial order contains multiple label variants, each variant remains tied to its own order requirements and identification through production and delivery. Each variant remains traceable through its label and packing identification to the correct production batch, quantity, production file, material batch, color reference, and color data.
SunTop Printing has completed a commercial label project containing more than 20 different artwork and specification combinations. Across that project, the individual label variants differed in artwork, material, dimensions, color, die-cut, roll requirements, and quantity, while each remained connected to the correct label and packing identification through commercial delivery.

When only part of a commercial order or later order is updated, the change remains limited to the label variants that changed. Variants retaining the previous specification continue under the previous order requirements, while those with updated material, adhesive, liner, artwork, or die-cut specifications are manufactured to the revised requirements.

SunTop Printing has completed repeat commercial label orders. Later batches continued to maintain the corresponding printed color, artwork position, die-cut position, and label size established by the earlier commercial batch.
Repeat production uses the previous physical label, color reference, and key material and production specifications as manufacturing references; relevant production records are retained for three years and physical label samples for 24 months.
